We develop computational methods to better understand the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases. We are also interested in developing computational methods and applying them for industrial applications. We conduct highly interdisciplinary research combining knowledge in medical imaging, computer vision, medicine, biology, physiology,  applied mathematics, graphics, and computational mechanics.
